OEC refreshers are open to all patrollers.  If you are not attending the refresher for your home area please make prior arrangements (pre-register) with the contact individual (see below) for the refresher you plan to attend.   

Note to Summit Patrollers - You do not need to pre-register for any of the Summit refreshers; but please note that the Nov 1^st refresher will likely be very crowded so please try to attend one of the earlier refreshers if at all possible.

When going to your refresher please make sure that you are prepared.   Take the following with you. 

• OEC card
• NSP ID Number (found on your OEC and NSP membership cards)
• Refresher Study Guide scenarios – Completed
• Fanny Pack/Vest – Stocked with your first aid supplies
• Lunch or Snack – These are full day events
• Appropriate clothing – You may be going outside
