The NSP INstructor Develoment Programs consists of two components that provide training in course management as well as instruction, the Instructor Development course and a mentoring program. INSTRUCTOR DEVELOPMENT COURSE Covers the various areas of instruction and how instructors can apply them to create a positive learning experience for their students. Helps build a strong foundation of educational knowledge for use when planning and delivering lessons.
